Why are DRP different?

We do not differentiate between clients and candidates. We treat both with equal respect.

Whenever possible we seek to deliver a value added service to clients by making available our knowledge and experience across a wide range of recruitment related practices. This includes the implementation of efficient recruitment processes, the development of assessment centres and competency frameworks, recruitment interview seminars, and compensation and reward structures.

Career counselling is offered to all candidates both during and after the interview process. This helps ensure that any job move is carefully considered, with obvious retention benefits for both clients and candidates. Whatever the outcome of the candidates interview, either with our clients, or with us, we always discuss feedback directly with candidates rather than by means of an anonymous letter.
